On arrival at Ballasalla Primary School access to the main entrance is via the playground at the front of school. The school is predominantly flat with wheelchair access at front of school. Many side doors have stepped access. There is an accessible toilet accessibly at the front of school. The site does not currently have a blue badge parking space, however, parking spaces can be reserved by contacting the school in advance.
The school can be reached by public transport using any of the Douglas to Port Erin Services. When travelling from Douglas there is a pedestrian crossing near the bus stop and flat access available via the path which follows road access to the site.
